AP Batch Intake

Concept validation — not available for purchase

Turn one scanned invoice batch into reviewed, named PDF packets.

Proposed local Windows software for AP teams that use QR or Code 128 cover sheets. Preview every split, route exceptions for review, preserve the source, and produce an audit manifest—before anything is written.

One-time price hypothesis: $199 per Windows user/device. Records nonbinding interest without requesting contact information. This is a demand test, not an offer for sale; no payment, preorder, email, reservation, or contact information is requested.

Concept visual using fictional data. This does not show released or operational software. Final software may differ if development is authorized.

Proposed workflow

Review first. Write once. Keep the source.

The concept is intentionally narrower than document-capture software: a visible, recoverable path from one scanned batch to individual invoice packets.

01 / Prepare

Add a cover sheet

Place a generated QR or Code 128 cover sheet before each variable-length invoice packet.

02 / Preview

Inspect every boundary

See proposed page ranges, filenames, routes, and exceptions before output files are created.

03 / Review

Quarantine uncertainty

Missing, duplicate, damaged, or unexpected codes stop in review rather than being silently filed.

04 / Write

Create an audit trail

Preserve the source, prevent silent overwrites, and write a CSV/JSON manifest with hashes and page ranges.

Does this workflow match your AP intake problem?

Viewing the full synthetic walkthrough is measured as workflow engagement in the proposed test.

Fit before features

Built for one recurring AP job—not every document workflow.

The proposed product is for small and midsize AP back offices that still scan variable-length invoice packets through Windows PCs and local or network folders.

A likely fit if you…

  • Process at least 100 paper or image-only invoice pages per week.
  • Receive multiple invoices in one scanned PDF or monitored-folder batch.
  • Can place QR or Code 128 cover sheets between packets.
  • Need a human preview before files are written.
  • Use Windows 11 x64 with local, mapped-drive, or ordinary UNC folders.
  • Prefer local processing without a cloud document upload.

Not designed to…

  • Extract accounting line items or create ledger entries.
  • Match vendors, approve invoices, or automate payment.
  • Classify arbitrary documents with AI or read handwriting.
  • Integrate with QuickBooks, ERP, DMS, email, SharePoint, or OneDrive.
  • Control scanners, run as a server, expose an API, or accept custom scripts.
  • Provide compliance certification, redaction, signatures, or PDF editing.

Transparent price hypothesis

$199 one time for a proposed Windows user/device license.

The intended license would include 12 months of defect fixes and asynchronous email support. No calls, remote desktop sessions, custom routing, scanner administration, or compliance advice are proposed.

Licensing, support terms, release timing, and product availability are not final. No transaction can be made on this page.

$199 one time

Proposed boundaries

Specific inputs, visible exceptions, local output.

These constraints are part of the concept—not fine print to be discovered later.

Supported concept

Windows 11 x64; one scanned PDF or completed monitored-folder batch; QR and Code 128 cover sheets; English fixed-zone OCR only as an optional filename aid.

Human approval remains

A monitored folder may queue a preview, but final output would still require review and approval. Low-confidence OCR would never control a split.

No silent mutation

Source files would remain unchanged. Existing files would not be silently overwritten. One-batch undo would be constrained from deleting unrelated files. These are proposed requirements, not claims about tested software.

Questions

What this concept does—and does not claim.

Can I buy or download it now?

No. This is a proposed product and a commercial demand test. There is no software download, checkout, preorder, deposit, or purchase contract.

Does it upload invoices?

The proposed product would process documents locally on Windows and ordinary local or network folders. This concept page does not accept document uploads. Final privacy and security behavior would require verification before release.

What happens when a code cannot be read?

The intended behavior is to place the packet in review and avoid silent filing. The page does not claim a tested recognition rate because the software has not been developed.

Is OCR used to decide where to split?

No. The concept limits split boundaries to QR or Code 128 cover sheets. One fixed English OCR zone may supplement a filename, but low-confidence OCR would never control the split.

Is this an ERP or accounting integration?

No. ERP/DMS integrations, accounting extraction, ledger entry, vendor matching, approvals, and payment automation are explicitly outside the proposed scope.

Commercial interest test

If this exact workflow existed at $199, would you seriously consider purchasing it?

No contact information, payment, preorder, or commitment. One anonymous intent action per session on this device.
